I want buy track 1 track 2 dumps and go shopping but in my country I can not because in all shops required pin code and i want travel to country where no i need pin codes anyone know ? first want go test belarusian country . Thanks

I sugest you use 101 (no chip)
there is a method to bypass 201 but you are a beginner from what i see.
