PayPal help

Can any one give me an advice regarding using paypal.
Main things are their security issues so the account wont get block and fraud alert wont be triggered ?
what amount is the best to go for ?
does paypal have sms service that notify owner of the transaction ?
What acc is better to use Business/Personal/Verified
as well as any other thing I have to be careful regarding using paypal.

obviously your using socks e.t.c ive had more success with around 300$ items more always semm to get flagged not sure were the problem is . i dont think paypal has sms service that notifys owner but also possible they get email and notify paypal strate away about transaction is fraud all depends how often they check email e.t.c , i find verified is better for me personally i have more luck , also depends on what sites u are using the pps on i PayPal to ebay . another factor is sometimes the accounts have security issues before u buy them ive had this happen a few times and they always blame you for not using socks that aint blacklisted e.t.c
