Vladislav Khorokhorin

One of the most resonant was the detention of Vladislav Khorokhorin, the son of the famous Russian deputy Roman Seleznev. The former hacker and international credit card merchant, better known as BadB, was considered one of the world's most dangerous cybercriminals by US authorities.

Khorokhorin was one of the top managers of the first carding forum CarderPlanet: a platform that united several thousand people who were engaged in carding - the theft and sale of credit card data.

The community flourished in 2003-2004. After his arrest in 2010, the hacker spent two years in a French prison, and in 2012 he was extradited to the United States - accused of trading in the data of millions of stolen credit cards.

As a result, the sentence was 7 years and 4 months, but the hacker made a deal and the sentence was reduced. The businessman later admitted that the daily turnover of thefts reached 1 billion rubles.
Currently, Khorokhorin is at large. Back in 2003, BadB began developing its own projects that did not contradict the law, which it continues to do today.

Dmitry Golubov

Dmitry Golubov, nicknamed Script, is a Ukrainian carder, member of the CarderPlanet forum. Dmitry's criminal talent manifested itself in his youth.

The material damage caused by the activities of Golubov’s group is estimated at $12 million. Golubov’s activities were once patronized by the son of the ex-president, Alexander Yanukovych. Only in Ukraine, Golubov faced imprisonment of up to 12 years, but after 4 years of trial he was completely acquitted.

Perhaps due to his influence, Dmitry Golubov spent only 5 months behind bars. Currently, he is active in politics and has headed the Internet Party of Ukraine since 2010.

Roman Vega

Roman Vega is a Ukrainian carder, a member of the CarderPlanet community, who went by the nickname Voa “Boa Constrictor.” In the late 1990s, Roman Vega created the Boa Factory website. They also sold plastic cards or data from them, traveler's checks and counterfeit documents.

In the United States, a Ukrainian who united 6,000 hackers into a criminal group was sentenced to 18 years in prison instead of the expected life sentence.

Dmitry Naskovets

Dmitry Naskovets is a well-known cybercriminal. Together with his partner, he organized the transnational criminal company CallService.biz, a web resource for carders that helped them bypass the security systems of American banks. More than 2 thousand people used the services of the criminal group. Naskovec was arrested in Prague in 2010 and extradited to the United States.

For cybercrimes, Dmitry faced 40 years in prison, but he made a deal with justice and served four and a half years - 33 months in the famous Federal Prison in Manhattan and two years in Pennsylvania awaiting deportation to Belarus, which he managed to avoid, contrary to generally accepted practice.

Currently, Dmitry is a co-owner of a law firm in the USA.

Sergey Pavlovich

Sergei Pavlovich is a former cybercriminal, a well-known carder, sentenced in 2009 to 10 years in prison, the creator of the People PRO project.

Having been freed, Sergei began to develop a personal brand, created his own blog and published the book “How I Stole a Million. Confession of a repentant carder,” which became a bestseller. In general, US intelligence agencies estimate the damage from the carder's activities at $36 million. According to his admission, he himself earned no more than $1.2 million.

In 2015, Sergei was released from prison and officially announced that he had ended his life of crime. Currently, on the YouTube channel “People PRO”, Sergei regularly publishes interviews with the most famous carders in the world, showing the other side of fraud and clearly explaining why you should not engage in carding.

Conclusion

Carding is punishable, especially in the United States. Even the most influential carders were unable to completely escape punishment. Therefore, work honestly, friends.

Good luck and profit!
