Order something for yourself with your own card, and make some intentional errors, like phone number, this way you can see how they are dealing.

My advice is to call shop yourself when you placed order to confirm, this way your order seems more legit.

Browse the web for easy to card websites. There are a lot of shops out there that ship electronics worldwide easily, just wth a phone call from your side just after placing the order, pressing the shop as you would really be the owner of the card, this gets them intimated. "I want the order shipped today, i need it for my wife today" use today a lot and a real attitude, you'll get your job done . One cardable site, one good attitude that you will have , a good clean platinum card. If you buy the cards watch the shop where you get them, so you'll have a real clean card that hasn't been resold. That's the best advice i can give.

best method is just making the order over the phone, you are not going to be there to collect the parcel as your going away on business or something so you would like it delivered to your cousin, niece something like that you need it desperate by tommorow.

The best way to make an order is to get the online shop's phone # and have the entire order over the phone with the excuse that the nearest internet connection is miles away and you need the product shipped fast for your daughter's birthday, you being a businessman on a business trip worried about it. There's a lot of ways of getting it done. Use your imagination.

Any browser can be used, I just recommend you to clean cookies every time when tryin to card something new. About VPN or Socks5, I think socks4/5 is better because is easier to find/buy from different areas. Remember to always use from the same area of cc owner (same state/city). And try to put shipping address same as billing address... Many times is better than put billing different from shipping. Good lucky.
