Or could be a Rip site lord knows there is enough both of them. If you are saying its the Feds based on them mailing everyone i would not hold your breath. They are not that stupid and the DBS of a lot these boards are floating about anyway so the mailings could a come from that. On the other hand as you said if you do not like the vibe than stay away. I am not saying in any way it is safe as i have no clue period.
Though there is a need for some were that is a little closer to english speakers, most of us have being hanging out in what are really geared towards Russians and vendor type set ups. Some were that there is a bit more protection for the members if ya get my drift. I have noticed the Mod that was put in here to run the english part is gone a while now maybe its a vacation there is a need for a closer eye on things here. There is now way they will allow a english speaking mod here for historical reasons and i get that. Ahh nothing that has not being said or thought of before.
