Need some urgent advice - ont take UK Billing Address

I'm trying to card electronics to my drop in the USA.
I've already got iPads from Itunes so I think my drop is flagged.

I only have UK Fullz.

But they dont take UK Billing Address.

How do I get around that? Or anyone know sites that ships to USA with UK Billing address?

Is there a way to check if a card can have any address on it and still pass fraud checks
