Method 1.
1. Create 2 accounts on any freelance exchange.
2. With 1 account, we place a fictitious announcement about the need to complete some task for a freelancer, set a price for the service.
3. With another account, we approve this application, wait for some time, supposedly, for its implementation.
4. From 1 account we pay, confirm the execution of the application and pay the cost of the work provided to another account.
5. We withdraw funds from the recipient's account in any convenient way.
Method 2.
1. We buy digital goods on any site - electronic keys, software versions, skins for games and the like.
3. We go to another market or share and sell purchased digital goods.
Also, you do not need to have your own drop at all.
Any buyer or drop service will provide the drop address for receiving the parcels and will pay you % after the goods are delivered.
There are more than 100 different methods of how to cash out CC without a drop address.
Just include elemental logic.
