What you must do is purchase the item as you would usually do.

You wait until the item has been dispatched.

Once the parcel company DDP, Royal Mail, Hermes send you a text message saying the parcel is out for delivery you contact customer service.

You say to them that the parcel says delivered and still hasn't arrived.

They will issue a full refund to the original payment method and you will still receive the product.
