👉 A new phishing campaign is targeting companies using Meta ads. The scammers claim your account has been suspended, but instead of fixing the problem, they hack you.

📰 Meta reports having over 10 million active advertisers on its platforms, with various businesses depending on social media advertising. However, no one can feel safe as cybercriminals have started targeting advertisers to hack their accounts.

🗞 Users have started receiving fake emails claiming their ads have been suspended. The purported email from Meta support states that the user has violated Meta’s advertising policies and EU digital regulations, including GDPR.

📌 The user is then prompted to click on a “Check details” link to appeal the “ban” on the company’s ads. However, instead of fixing the supposed ad issue, the victim is hacked.
