Lecturer: Pustota
(19:16:28) pustota: Today I will cover the topic of warming up shops/services/interaction with resource support/SI during warming up
(19:16:54) pustota: The lecture will be divided into main subsections:
(19:17:38) pustota: 1. Where to start when starting to warm up;
(19:17:58) pustota: 2. Basic principles of behavior when warming up;
(19:18:14) pustota: 3. Interaction with support of the resource you have chosen;
(19:18:31) pustota: 4. Warm-up using ringing;
(19:18:48) pustota: 5. Additional information.
(19:19:01) pustota: A small dictionary:
(19:19:58) pustota: Backing/background - extensive information about a person, may include date of birth/SSN, car, place of residence, contact information, family information, etc. It is available from punchers or on popular sites like https://www.whitepages.com, peoplefinders, intelius (on them it is usually far from complete, but this is often enough)
(19:20:50) pustota: By typing in/order - online purchase in a store by entering payment information by the user
(19:21:29) pustota: SSN - social security number - Social Security Number - a unique nine-digit number assigned to US citizens and residents
(19:21:51) pustota: DoB - Date of birth
(19:22:06) pustota: Cardholder/CH/holder - the original owner of the card or other means of payment
(19:22:25) pustota: So, where should you start when starting to warm up?
(19:22:53) pustota: First of all, you need to understand: you are not a carder, you are a client, and the client is above all else for any service. You must choose a hypothetical victim (shop/service) and prepare the material for work.
(19:23:33) pustota: I recommend doing everything very creatively and not wasting time on it if the result is worth it
(19:25:59) pustota: Let’s take as an example a certain John Franklin from Arizona, you want to purchase a camera on his behalf. I recommend collecting the necessary background on the holder (at least his age and looking at his pages on social networks), use public sites like https://www.whitepages.com, peoplefinders, intelius (you can use almost any tool to get a paid subscription)
(19:26:56) pustota: You have found the store you need, which sells Canon cameras very well, do not rush to immediately go to your store and add Canon to your cart. Use the Google/Yahoo/Bing search engine and others - in a word, do not follow a direct link. The shop/service sees where you came from and this gives a couple of extra points to the antifraud’s loyalty
(19:27:28) pustota: To create your email address for future entry, use popular mail services in the cardholder’s country (in USA these are gmail, hotmail, yahoo, outlook), or use corporate mail if you are going to buy something something specific and professional
(19:28:21) pustota: Some shops/services check your email address for being on social media. networks, etc. (keep this in mind, sometimes you may need to use the real email address of the holder). For our John Franklin, an email like john.franklin@gmail.com is perfect. Try not to use numbers in your mailing address; use a period to separate first name/last name. Most often, such combinations have been taken for a long time, so use your imagination and try options like mr.john.franklin@gmail.com, etc.
(19:29:10) pustota: Let's move on to the basics of behavior when warming up a shop/service
(19:29:32) pustota: For each service or shop, the approach is significantly different from the other, in some places there is absolutely no need to bother and the drives will successfully enter without warming up at all, in others it is worth approaching hardworkingly and responsibly. To understand how everything works, you only need to test the services you have chosen.
(19:29:53) pustota: As an example, let’s take any store selling electronics. Read the FAQ of your chosen store, delivery information, rules for using this service, and check out the contact information.
(19:30:11) pustota: Don’t just click on it as if nothing had happened, but emulate interest in purchasing, stop on the page, scroll through it, maybe look for something that interests you on this site via Google
(19:30:32) pustota: You can subscribe to the shop’s newsletter and read the payment rules. Think and act like a client and everything will work out.
(19:31:07) pustota: On the shop’s website, go to the desired product category. Don’t mindlessly wander around the shop/service; use the product direction you have chosen. It looks suspicious if a person wants to buy a camera, but instead of photographic equipment he looks at a smart watch, for example
(19:31:57) pustota: If the store is new to you and you don’t know how it relates to warming up, do not rush to add your item to the cart. View N number of competing items, add the product you need to your favorites in advance, use shop functionality like Compare to compare similar products
(19:33:00) pustota: After you have decided that you have warmed up the shop well enough, proceed to the payment process. You can pay as a guest, or create an account in the store - depending on who is more convenient, most often this does not play a big role. Fill out all the information about John by hand, or, if you use the Linken Sphere antidetect, use Paste Like Human Print (hand input emulation)
(19:33:46) pustota: Before paying for the goods, the store often has footnotes inviting you to read additional information, I recommend reading such information (often it may contain important points regarding delivery)
(19:34:39) pustota: Let’s move on to interacting with the support of the resource you have chosen
(19:35:38) pustota: When deeply respected client John Franklin added a camera to his favorites, having previously studied the websites of competitors and the policies of this store, a special chapter begins - communication with support. I would like to note that some shops track user interactions with support and can then link them to an order, so in some cases it makes sense to pester them a little with questions
(19:36:07) pustota: When interacting with support, you can also not only win a little trust from the antifraud, but also find out information that is really important to enter - for example, find out whether the store has a ban on hold or reroute. Communicate calmly and interestedly, this is your key to victory.
(19:36:43) pustota: You can also safely ask support about how important the availability of a product in the store is (it happens that you made an order, but the product was not there, although it was in stock on the product page) - you can do it in advance ask if the product is definitely in stock? Like, I placed an order with your competitors before you, but there was no product, I don’t want your store to disappoint me too
(19:37:24) pustota: To find out about the possibility of a reroute, you should ask about the possibility of sending an item to a friend (for example, as a gift) or to yourself to another address under some pretext (sometimes natural disasters are good here - for example, you see that there was a hurricane in Arizona, tell the support that it took away your laptop and you urgently need a new one at a different address)
(19:38:06) pustota: You can also contact support if you have difficulties with payment. For example, you catch a decline - you can clarify what exactly caused it. It’s far from a fact that they will tell you the truth, but sometimes they directly tell you what exactly the antifraud was targeting and this will give you an understanding of how to approach this shop in the future.
(19:38:25) pustota: Well, the most obvious thing is that some time after placing the order (if the order was successful), you can find out information about it and, in case of failure, ask the reason in the same way and find out as much information as possible using SI.
(19:38:49) pustota: When calling the shop for some important reasons (let’s say you are asked to verify an order), you need to prepare in advance the data with which you will be verified
(19:39:08) pustota: At a minimum, you must have complete card details (including first/last name, email and phone number of the holder), billing address, what exactly you ordered (product code, exact amount, equipment and what -special notes, if the product requires it)
(19:39:23) pustota: Also sometimes you may need SSN+DoB
(19:40:22) pustota: If you call yourself, everything is in your head, if the ringer rings instead of you, provide all the information clearly + additional information. Call from a spoof phone number from which you made the order; If you use a third-party dialer, be sure to give him this number.
(19:40:55) pustota: If you were contacted by mail and asked for additional information, you should answer as politely and believably as possible, take into account your response time, you should not respond at two o’clock in the afternoon Moscow time. Reply during business hours in the time zone in which the holder is located.
(19:42:11) pustota: If the support asked for photos/scans of documents (ID, extract, etc.), it is very logical to assume that John does not have this at hand right now, and who knows, maybe he is on his way to work now. Politely inform the support that you are not at work and you can satisfy his request later
(19:42:24) pustota: This will give time to prepare the necessary drawings
(19:42:56) pustota: If support asks John to contact you by phone, get ready to quickly work with a broken back if you call yourself. Be prepared for questions like which house is next to you or whether you can see the ocean from your window. Communicate very politely, tell them that you are interested in photography, ask why I needed to call you, and the like. If you do not speak English at the proper level, give this matter to professionals and familiarize them with the necessary background and information about the order.
(19:44:24) pustota: Let’s touch on the topic of warming up using ringing
(19:48:11) pustota: It’s worth starting with the fact that in many stores you can order goods by phone (I highly recommend trying this if you can’t get through the store using traditional methods) or get the information you need about the product
(19:50:14) pustota: The whole point of warming up by phone before placing an order is that when placing an order, your phone number will already be in the system and when you indicate it, you will have an additional plus to the loyalty of the anti-fraud. Just call the store on behalf of John and ask about basic things and everything that I said earlier - you can immediately find out how the store offers delivery, the possibility of hold/reroute, etc.
(19:51:12) pustota: As I said above, you can call in the same way after entering - just ask the support if everything went as it should, what should you do now, etc.
(19:52:23) pustota: Regarding driving in using dialing
(19:53:17) pustota: This is an excellent option in the shop if you are an unsure user of Antiques/doubt the selection of IP/are afraid that your systems are not ideal and orders do not go through precisely because of problems on your side. Everything here is quite simple, go through at least the minimum backing, create an email and select the phone from which you will call (holder/sip/voice)
(19:54:18) pustota: When entering by phone, you will only be required to tell what product you want to buy (you can consult with support), after which you will be asked to dictate your data (billing, shipping, contact details - email + phone and, of course, card details - number, exp, CVV)
(19:54:53) pustota: After this, the support agent will manually enter your card and you will receive the result of entering (approve/decline). If you receive a declaration, do not exclude the human factor; ask support to check the correctness of the entered data.
(19:55:00) pustota: Additional information and recommendations.
(19:55:36) pustota: I recommend not to immediately go into serious shops like farfech, apple, etc., start with something small, choose for training, for example, an unpopular shop with clothes, men's/women's cosmetics, accessories for hobbies, etc., get your teeth into these kinds of shops first
(19:56:21) pustota: Take a responsible approach to setting up your system: without properly setting up the system, you can forget about success
(19:57:10) pustota: Use adequate postal addresses + real phone numbers of the holder/virtual phones ala google voice with an answering machine for the holder and under the area code of the holder
(19:58:09) pustota: Do not make mistakes when entering information about your account - double-check the billing/shipping information. Often the data that came with the card is invalid due to the fact that the holder simply made a typo in the first/last name or address. This is all very easy to check using Google.
(19:58:38) pustota: If you are not a confident native speaker of the language, entrust the work to professionals
(19:59:35) pustota: If you give an order for a call, provide extensive information about the order + CH, so that the caller has something to answer in case of inconvenient questions from the shop/service
(20:00:24) pustota: Monitor your mail after entering, always respond to support in a timely manner and fulfill their requirements
(20:00:37) pustota: That’s all for today, I’m waiting for your questions about the lecture
(20:04:04) veles24: 1. how much time do you recommend for warming up?
2. It’s worth starting with the fact that in many stores it is possible to order goods by phone (I strongly recommend trying to do this if you can’t get through the store using traditional methods). Do you have to order by calling?
3. How much does it cost on average to call a shop?
(20:04:48) pustota: 1. Half an hour and a half. Everyone has their own time, on average I warm up to an hour
2. Yes. Write to the caller that you need an order via call
3. 10-15$
(20:04:58) imissyou: 1. If the required combinations for the mail CH are busy. Is it possible to make johnfranklin@gmail.com and instead change the domain, for example, to jonhfranklin@yahoo.com?
2.Where can I double-check billing/shipping information?
(20:05:21) Balto left the room (It is not allowed to send error messages to the room. The participant (Balto) has sent an error message (service-unavailable) and got kicked from the room).
(20:05:43) pustota: 1. It’s possible, but now it’s better to generally buy ready-made old-registration mail, no matter what login.
2. Punch the CH and compare it with the CC data
(20:05:54) Serpantin666: How often do shops ask for additional verification or request a call?
(20:06:44) pustota: Depends on the order amount and similar factors. Usually, if you have not triggered antifraud or have not exceeded the threshold of the amount for af, verification is not required. But always be ready to do it
(20:07:13) Peter_Parker: 1. What services do you recommend for purchasing a phone number and, if you order a call, how can you transfer the purchased number to the dialer?
2. If we indicate the CH number (is it worth indicating it at all or is it better to use purchased numbers)?
3. Callers call from a regular number spoof, so in fact we can even indicate the number of some popular FBI agent and they can call from him?
4. If CH's name is jonh walker, and we bought an old reg with the name alina snow, is it worth using this in the drive and how will it roll into antifraud?
(20:09:44) pustota: 1. You don’t need to buy it, dialing will substitute any number you need
2. It's a matter of taste. I indicate the CH number and order spam for it. Some people make a mistake in the CH number, while others simply knit their own. Here, purely based on tests, choose your methodology
3. Yes. You can at least write all 7s.
4. If this is an old reg, this will have a positive effect.
(20:10:18) Snork: 1. What are hold and reroute?
2. Is it possible to provide support with all the card details for a purchase? After all, this is not practiced at all in the CIS, you never know, the card will be taken away by the glanders. How does it work?
3. What amount triggers AF?
(20:11:36) pustota: 1. Hold - stopping the pack for its further redirection. Reroot - changing the delivery address immediately at the time of delivery.
2. This is quite normal for the Amers. There they have everything on trust and previously this was the only way to buy in online stores
3. It varies, each shop has its own settings. On average up to 1k-1.5k$
(20:11:51) nlf: 1. 1 hour is active direct warming up? sit in the browser and click without interruptions? Doesn't this greatly limit the number of potential entries per day? 2. having access to the bin, the name of the store, product, etc. - won’t the caller himself go to milk the store if successful?) especially if you use his service several times.
(20:14:28) pustota: 1. With breaks, as you wish. The session itself should last an hour. Of course, it’s not like you came in for 4 minutes and poked and fell into afk for an hour. But no one forces you to sit and press buttons.
2. This happens, so you need to use old and proven calls. Check reviews on the forum and choose the best person
(20:15:53) ya8no: Greetings!) The question is, a call with a substitution - what is it, how does it happen, where can I read and study it and then use it?
(20:16:38) pustota: SIP telephony. The phone number can be changed to whatever you want. Google it
(20:16:52) stormspecter: with what software can you call with a number substitution?
(20:17:38) pustota: Previously there was zadarma, now they may be using another one. Google it, the main thing is not to run into scams
(20:17:49) pyokey: In the billing address you need to indicate the address CH? and how to find it out
(20:18:07) pustota: We find out the address when we buy SS, or by breaking through CH (ssn\bg\cr, etc.)
(20:19:27) Deneo1544: what does the shop pay attention to in user behavior, what kind of failures can there be other than there is no balance? are there any plugins that track what the shop watches or what merch it tracks?
(20:20:23) pustota: There are no such plugins. Regarding what he pays attention to - everything. Cookies, click time, user prints or copies, time on PC, etc.
(20:21:49) Peter_Parker: "Question: If we indicate the CH number (is it worth indicating it at all or is it better to use purchased numbers)?
Answer: It's a matter of taste. I indicate the CH number and order spam for it. Some people make a mistake in the CH number, while others simply knit their own. Here, purely based on tests, choose your methodology"
1. After you start typing, how much do you recommend ordering spam?
2. Is it better to use spam on calls or SMS?
(20:22:29) pustota: 1. Depends on how quickly the shop processes the order. I usually rent for a day
2. Both
(20:22:37) _LB: 1. We spiritual people have the Eye of God, and all sorts of Chimeras, and a bunch of different bots and databases where you can find out your Taxpayer Identification Number (SSN), your mother’s maiden name, and in general everything your heart desires from open or merged databases. Maybe you know of any similar OSINT resources for the West to study the cardholder and get useful data for entering?
(20:22:49) _LB: 2. Make calls yourself, is this practice?
(20:23:59) pustota: Unfortunately, such tools are not freely available. Or rather, they exist, but it’s not possible to register there and accounts of these services are sold for $10-20k. That's why punching services exist.
Regarding dialing, it is practiced only with proper knowledge of the language and how to answer their questions. No matter what, experience is still needed
(20:24:57) ya8no: if you use SIP, can they deanon? And another question - how much does it cost to order spam per number on average?
(20:25:52) pustota: Spam costs different things. We have these services on our forum, you can take a look and check them out. Regarding the vultures, everyone can burn if they want. In general, this thing is quite anonymous, but in theory everything is possible
(20:26:14) Fuerza: During the breakout, we will find out whether the shop can be rerooted/holded. If we receive a positive response, then during the entry we indicate shipping = billing, FI CH, and then through the support we change the delivery address and the recipient's FI to the drop? In this case, should you indicate the phone number like CH but with 1 error and then call from it if something happens? Or the full number CH + spam?
(20:27:38) pustota: Rerout is done not through glanders, but by courier. The address changes. Regarding the number - I already answered above, it’s a matter of taste. The number CH is more trustworthy, but there may be more problems in terms of detection
(20:27:51) Serpantin666: 1. Why did the lecture cover the topic of registering mail under CH, but in questions you say that it is better to buy an old account in any name? How relevant is the information from the lecture?)
2. There is also an e-mail flood function. How and where to use it?
(20:29:42) pustota: 1. The information is completely up-to-date. Staroregi is a modern alternative. Now you can easily manage mail under xx and work with them. I list options that are worth trying if the classic option fails. So, I myself work either from self-registration or from a purchased one. Like many others. Constantly buying boxes is also a bit of a task)
2. In some cases, along with the CC, you may come across CH mail, or, for example, you are working from logs and you have CH mail. You can order spam so that the letter does not fall on her
(20:29:49) nlf: how does auto-warming work in Linken Sphere? what do you think about its effectiveness if you have tried it? 2. Does the anti-detect replace the time on the PC, which the shop sees?
(20:30:52) pustota: 1. It works, but nothing can replace your hands. It can be used in some cases, but it simply surfs one site in tabs.
2. Antique replaces everything you put there. Of course, it depends on the functions of the antique
(20:31:09) Snork: When is the live scheduled? Will there be one or several? So what kind of shop will it be, easy or more difficult?
(20:31:50) pustota: The schedule may change, so I can’t say for sure. Regarding the shop, it’s the same - I’m not giving this lecture
(20:31:58) pyokey: How to make a reroot?
(20:32:33) pustota: I’ll give Prozvon everything he needs and he’ll do it. Or call the store to find out about this function and then contact the courier
(20:33:11) BaronLuffy: Approximately what amount of time will be enough when purchasing mail? Is IP Registration Important?
(20:34:23) pustota: I buy mail from a year old. IP doesn't matter
(20:34:35) _LB: 1. Describe in your opinion how you would ideally approach stuffing cookies? Maybe it’s worth registering your email and number for typing in, and putting this email and number everywhere in sites that issue cookies.
(20:34:53) _LB: 2. In general, is autofilling cookies in Antiques sufficient for ordinary shops?
(20:35:22) pustota: Regulate social networks, watch reviews, guides, state news, weather and everything else. Compare several stores. All the things that ordinary people do
(20:35:31) Snork: You say that you buy mail, but you also register self-registration, but the question is about the second one, how long do you wait for the mail to warm up? And what does it include? Do you regulate social networks for it, and other services for the trust?
(20:36:40) pustota: I’m regulating social networks and other services. Regarding self-registration of mail and its release, I don’t do it. If I commit, then I commit immediately and go into battle.
(20:36:49) Serpantin666: Is it better to fill the cookies yourself or buy a usa log from a stiller and use cookies from it?
(20:37:28) pustota: It’s best
(20:38:53) pustota: I see that there are no more questions. Thank you all for your attention! Anyone who has or has any questions is welcome to ask/answer. There I and my fellow lecturers will help and tell you everything :). If you liked my lectures, you can leave a review about me in my profile or review thread. Thanks everyone and good luck!
