How to know if address on bill is valid

Go to http://whitepages.com and search up the full name and zip on the bill.
If you can see the name there, you can also double check if the name and/or address is written correctly. If the address is there, then it is probably valid.
If you cannot see the name or the address, the card might not work, or the owner may have moved to a new address.
