How do you guy ship overseas using labels?

I'm wondering how you can ship overseas using carded labels..

It's same way they do within state. But label doesn't go to most country due to the fraud but can still do it to most countries.

Depends but Nigeria is out of it as it might be held in the country UPS. Not so sure about the list but you check the crime rate of the country then you try it with one at first.
But it works for most country easily.
