A abktxt Carder Messages 51 Reaction score 1 Points 8 May 20, 2012 #8 Depends but Nigeria is out of it as it might be held in the country UPS. Not so sure about the list but you check the crime rate of the country then you try it with one at first. But it works for most country easily.
