How do i know if its a NonVBV before buying?

So ive only just started carding, i set up my private browser, residential ip, check for leaks and fraud score only attempt 25/100 score.
What my problem is, most of the BIN lists here are outdated. I dont know what card to buy, ive spent like 80$ on cards and i havent got any luck. They were all VBV cards. Where do i buy 100% Non-VBV cards, or how do i know if its NonVBV before buying it with the bin number? Ive used CastroCVV Until now

Non VBV cards means non verified by visa or non MSC means non master card security, these cards are never been virtually generated it only get in physically issued cards.
some sites sell the cards 1$,5$,10$ each but all these cards are worthless they only takes money and nothing else. Msg me directly for more information.
