Guidance Required with Carding

I am just to Quite New to Carding and Need Assistance with Carding Cards..

1) I have got a Couple of Cards with Data where some have complete fullz in it and some not like the ones below:

Now, I have got a couple of those cards.. and I need to cash out those cards// can any one tell me how to do it.? //

2) Plus, I don't have a Merchant Account also where i can easily do it //
3) ANd there could be many cards in it which could be faulty or wrong// so, is there any way I can figure out which cards are faulty and which not..?
4) Plus, what is a 2d Merchant where OTP does not go to the card owner// is there a way to cash out cards on 2d merchant where otp won't be sent plus it could be cashed out as well//
5) And what does a 3D Merchant does,,/? does it sends otp to the car sender..?

can someone answer all my questions// hoping for cooperation

jeeeeeez I wish I could guide you. I am starting too. Getting all my carding software. Will list that software later. In the meanwhile please feel free to ask me questions.
