I see a lot of people wanting to card Western Union so I will share with you a method I use for good success.
Please note, this method only works for US Transfers.
Things Needed:
1. COB with full info with $1k+ on account
2. Fresh Proxy
3. US phone line/cell phone
4. A US Drop to receive funds
5. Decent English
Step 1:
With your COB login to the website and change the phone number on the account to your US phone line/cell phone. Some banks change this information in their systems right way (FirstUsa), other take up to 72 hours to reflect change. I usually wait at least 24-48 hrs for best results.
It is important you use a Fresh Proxy and not a free public one because many people may have tried to card WU from nigeria/china already with this proxy and if it use it, you will get automatic decline. Once everything has been switched over proceed to next step.
Step 2:
Visit WU website and you will card them. Do not send to yourself at this point. Instead what you will be doing is sending an amount less than $100 to a name that has the same last name of the cardholder.
For example: If your COB name is John Doe. You will send an amount of less than $100 to "Mary Doe", or "Chris Doe", or "Larry Doe". A sweet amount is anything less than $75 and more than $50
Here is where social engineering comes into play. I find a city where there is a college. When I call in, I make it seem like I am sending my son or daughter a little money for college. I joke with the people, ask them questions. Have you ever been to college? Why do college kids need so much money? I just hope my son/daughter isn't using the money for alcohol. I usually use Moneygram. They insisted on me using WU because it's closer to the campus.
The above are just examples. I can create 1000's more, you can too. You can even change the relationship of the person from son/daughter to cousin, brother, sister, aunt etc. Be creative. The main goal is this is small amount, and usually they don't put you through too much stress to get approval. They may ask you your age. Have these things calculated and in front of you. The worst thing you want to do is someone ask you your age, and you have long pause
Other questions they ask is your Mothers Maiden name, but usually things are minimal.
Here Comes The Magic.
Once they tell you that your order has been approved and it will be available for pickup within 15 minutes. You can now log into your account and send a WU to any name and you will get AUTO APPROVAL of the MTCN. Keep in mind, you can only send $1k within 30 days from the account.
So if you send fake person $50, the max you can send your DROP is $950. It will be a little less actually because they include the fees, so let's say you can make $900 per COB easily.
Keep in mind, this only works for US to US that I have tested. If you get approval for fake person and then try and send money to person in CHINA, you WILL NOT get INSTANT APPROVAL MTCN. You will be forced to call in and verify. However if you send to US person. GO GET YOUR MONEY
