Hello everyone, carders. Sometimes I get this mood when I wake up, drink some delicious coffee and decide to share some useful info. I periodically write about my uploads from FB, some problems. Quite often they break into my personal messages and demand bins, ask to sell them and show them. I don't like this, I don't sell my developments, but I can give some advice to adequate people, especially to beginners.
There is one bank, I downloaded from it 3-4 times probably, amounts up to $2k, once and more, I think. Then I left it, because sometimes a competent call is required here, and I, in turn, found options on how to do it without calls, therefore, I think that the scheme with this bank is alive, but be prepared to spend money on tests, at a guess, no more than $100, now I will describe everything in more detail.
There is such a bank - Fidelity, the bin that I used is 417903

For enrollment you need SSN, well, and accordingly punch in DOB. Also, you will need a USA phone number that you will link in the account for accepting Fraud ALerts, I acted according to this scheme, at first I just took a phone number for accepting SMS (from the bot) and enrollment (you will need to accept 2 SMS when enrolling), to see if it makes sense at all to rent a number for a week or not (suddenly there is no balance, etc.), if everything met my expectations - I rented a number for a week with the ability to send a return SMS. Also, do not be lazy and create an email on gmail or outlook with data similar to your CH.
Next, you roll up and log into your account, you see that there is the balance you need.
Go to Card Management and look at the linked emails and phone numbers. Delete the KH email (if it is there), and add your phone number to Mobile (the phone you rented for a week)
So, after all the actions, we have our phone number in Personal Details, our email, contact information should not be there.
Next, we go to our Facebook, Google, or anywhere convenient and try to upload money or buy something.
Most likely, you will receive a refusal with the following wording on the phone number
FreeMsg: Elan FIDELITY Fraud Alert: Is $400.00 at FACEBK C7833ZB2D2 on 03/05 valid? Reply 1=Yes 2=No. STOP=opt out or HELP
We click Yes and remove the fraud.
Unfortunately, this bank is not one of those that allowed you to unload the card to zero after removing the fraud, most likely, a couple of write-offs and no more will be given, this can be solved by calling the bank.
For dialing, lookup DL + dates + download all the transactions that CH had in advance and pass them to the dialer, also pass the BG to the dialer, in general, prepare properly.
Perhaps, if you do not rush, and download once an hour / two hours, dialing will not be necessary.
I tested this bank in March, so I can not say with certainty that everything written above is relevant to current realities, at least you can check it yourself, it seems to me that they have not changed anything.
