eBay documents verify

I am start to selling on eBay. Everything's fine but one day, they limited my selling and i have to fax ID scan, scan bills, invoices to verify my account. Has anyone pass this step? Can i fax them electronically via efax or etc? Do these documents have full color or only black and white? Every help will be very appreciate. Thank you!
