We know that: Dump - information recorded on the magnetic strip of the credit card. Usually consists of 2 or 3

It looks like this:

Track 1: B4ХХХХХХХХХХХХХ ^ CARD / HOLDER ^ ХХХХХХХХХХХХХХХХХХХ

Trak 2: 4XXXXXXXXXXXXX = XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Trak 3: not interesting for usyTrack - a piece of information recorded on the map. Total on the map are 3

Sometimes we have only track 2 and I will give you tutorial how make track 1 with track 2.

Example dump info: 5668825355264859=14021012235469845798 PATACSIL/DAVID Bank of America, N.A. (USA) CREDIT PLATINUM United States of America:
5668825355264859=14021010235469845798 Mason/Jacob Bank of America, N.A. (USA) CREDIT PLATINUM United States of America

And you should understand if you see and equal sign (=) in a Track it always means it is Track 2 but if you see the letter “B” in front of the Track it is always Track 1

Detailed instructions how to make track 1 from track 2

Short guide how to make track 1 if you already have track 2. For example, take the usual dump track 2:Example: 1368603376200838=23051011265295005144 Credit Card Jones/John Bank of America, USA.If there is a ‘=’ sign in dump, it is always track 1. If dump has the letter ‘B’ at the beginning, it's always track 2.

Take the card number: 1368603376200838

Add letter ‘B’ at the beginning: B1368603376200838

Add cardholder name that YOU want to make on card: B1368603376200838^Smith/Bill^

Add the expiration date of the card YYMM and 3 digits of the service code. In our case 23.05 - date and 101 – service code: B1368603376200838^Smith/Bill^2305101

Add 10 zeros: B1368603376200838^Smith/Bill^23051010000000000

Add remaining numbers from Track2: B1368603376200838^Smith/Bill^230510100000000001265295005144

Add 6 zeros: B1368603376200838^Smith/Bill^230512300000000001265295005144000000

Now there is your Track 1:
B1368603376200838^Smith/Bill^230510100000000001265295005144000000

But this method works ONLY for VISA and MASTERCARD, they are 16-digit. For AMEX this method does not work it is 15-digit.

To use a cloned card at an ATM, track 2 + pin is required.
One track 2 dump is not enough.
It all depends on the ATM model. To use the card in some models, first name + last name + track 2 + pin is required.

so if i buy track 2 i can make track 1 with the track 2 information?

Thanks for the explanation.
Is it safe to assume card is dead (visa debit 201), after this procedure and attempting to cash out on atm and it says service is not available? or is it a matter of hitting a right bin and code

For this method to work and you to be able to successfully cash out a cloned card at an ATM, the following conditions must be met:
- The card must be valid
- The Track1+Track2+PIN data must be written correctly
- The unique IST file must be correctly written to the EMV chip
- The card must not be regionally blocked
