Sorry for my question but i sell and provide cards but i don't drop for myself or something cause all eyes on me here and i don't wanna risk myself,
I wanna just ask a question, and maybe it can be helpfull for all of you ;
If i know in my region a shop and his owner is a freind that i can deal with and he has an online shop , the thing is ;
if he ship to specific countrie, not all countries and i pay with a card full info for a country that he doesn't ship for with full original card infos,
, and if something happened and the owner of the card claim that he has been ripped can the owner argue that its not his fault and he mentioned in his shop that he doesn't ship there?
I can make it easy also : what about the idea dealing with an owner of online shop in ur region this case ( changing billing adress to a non existing adress and all )
