Change face on video

So, another article competition ahead of 2024.

I decided to write a useful article for you on creating DeepFake videos (this is a person's face substitution, for those who don't know). The method is not new, but it is high-quality in my opinion... Maybe someone knows it, but I think that only a few people do. So let's not throw sticks at each other.

The advantages of this method:

• You don't need a powerful computer
• The video is made quickly, everything depends on the quality.
• You create a unique creative for your needs.

There is only one minus, in my opinion:

• Loss of video quality

SO AN EXAMPLE:

In the first video there is some girl from "Bongi", in the second there is everyone's favorite Klava Koka)

So how to do all this good I will show in GIF and in detail, as for me. If there are problems, you can ask my contacts from the admin of our favorite chat)))

LET'S GO:

• We will do everything on COLAB in GOOGLE. That is why we need a gmail account.
• Follow the link - COLAB
• In the upper left corner, click "FILE" and "Save a copy in Drive"

• You can close the first page and go to our copy.
• For experienced or well-versed English speakers, there are some useful links that you can look at at your leisure.
• Next, scroll down a little and see the PLAY button on the left - CLICK

• We wait a couple of minutes for it to load, after which we get an error, but it’s okay, we press the same button again:

• Here an error will pop up again, press PLAY again:

• We get this result and scroll to the lines:

• Now everything works for us... We take a pre-prepared video and photo.
• Load them into the "ROOP" folder on the left, right-click and load. (Just don't get it wrong - load into the main "ROOP" folder, not the internal one). After selecting the files, a warning will pop up, just close it:

• Next we see two conversion options - the first line is fast, the second is more detailed, but I don't particularly like how the videos are retouched.
• Enter the names of the photos and videos, to the right you can name the finished file:
• Click "PLAY":

• We are waiting for the result. The first conversion run will take longer, then it will be faster.
• The result will appear in the "ROOP" folder where we uploaded our videos and photos. Right-click on the finished file and click - download:

• And HOORRAH our video is ready! The result I got wasn't very good, but that happens, it all depends on the quality of the video and photos:

At first glance it's long, but no) You just read and figured it out for a long time. Tomorrow everything will be much faster)

A couple of tips:

Choose a video where the girl's face is not covered by hair and she doesn't shake it like at a disco.

The photo should also be clear and without interference, sun glare, etc.

The higher the quality of the video, the longer it takes to make. If the video is of great quality, you can use the second line of conversion. But it takes a long time and the video is like retouched...

Videos longer than a minute may not work or may freeze altogether...

Explicit videos will not pass censorship (although there is a way around it)... I made it a bonus below)

The next day, the gmail account should be changed (limits), the old account can be used in a couple of days. Create two or three accounts and alternate.
