Please contact customer support to resolve the issue. For example, provide the TXID of the payment to their account details.
They scammed to crdpro users and got banned at there before.

He bought the most expensive advertising on Crdpro. His large banner is located at the very top – in the forum header and is recommended on all pages.

Yes. Its moderator keep bans cczauvr's account but crdpro admin keep unbans it. And there are many proofs that cczauvr scamed to its user at blacklist tab.
Apparently they deletes victims account as soon as money deposited. I have no idea if sharung other forums post but I can share about it if admin of here allows
