Carding electronics at New Egg

Carding Newegg is very easy, but the right bin that works well with it is bin 434769 from Chase Bank

πŸ‘Clear browser history with cc cleaner
πŸ‘Connect socks 5 to cc owner and make sure your fraud score is 0
πŸ‘Go to newegg.com and select the product you want and add to cart
πŸ‘Check out as β€œGuest” and fill card details and billing with cc owner’s details
πŸ‘Call store after order has been placed and tell them its a gift and give them drop details

I don't get it why do the bin matter, do some shops ban certain bins?

Bins cards that receive frequent chargebacks (refunds initiated by the card owner and his issuing bank) may be blocked by stores.
There are also bins, according to which payment in the store is always successful.

When I use call service to change ship address, they say I need track code, but newegg don't give me it. Or track will be available after processing?

I called to update shipping address but It can't be changed may I know why, Or should I wait for item to be shipped?
