I am not an expert but I just want to share some of my little experience regarding cardable sites.
In my opinion payment processor has a big influence reg cardable sites. Few years ago I used to do this way: Find a cardable site (by mistake or by advice), buy something , than see what payment processor they are using , than try to find which other websites are linked to that payment processor.There are tones of websites that are using shitty payment processors from countries like Malta or etc.

Also a good idea is to find cardable sites that are not in the country where u have the drop or billing address.This is because if they call U , u can speak not like a native englishman(eg) and they don't catch you, or you can just fix things through email.For instance if your card +drop are from germany try to card from a website from japan and use japanese post service for shipping.(Just an example that i use to do it for a ca drop)

Google can always help you.U can find a lot of infos just using google, or other sites.(For instance I often use complaints board in order to find some infos about payment processor ,poker sites,fraudulent charges,chargebacks, etc.

U can always use online chat support of the shops in order to find more details about the site and shipping method,invent a story that u need to send a present for your relative or shits like that,ask question about packing , a nice box with a message etc.If everything seems return after a week or two and hit the site.If drop can be any name always use same last name that's on the card and U can use voip in to confirm .use different cards , one for voip one for the shop .
Again use google and search for "worldwide delivery", "we deliver worldwide"(just some examples you can make any keywords), its time consuming but this way with a bit of luck you can get some fresh shops.
