Hi,
No matter what type of card (visa, american express, discover, mastercard) you use to add into PayPal and no matter if its CC/Full, once it is successfuly added, you get the following message:

''After you click continue, we'll charge this card $1.95 or equivalent to make sure its yours. We'll refund the money into your PayPal account within 24 hours after you confirm your credit card.''

This confirmation code, of successfuly added card, is always 4 digit length. No matter what type of card it is. I think there is no way to get this 4 digit confirmation code if the card isn't your - if its bought ;). Correct me if Im wrong.

So the only way to confirm already added code, is to somehow bypass this within PayPal. Has anyone ever done anything like that? How and where? I think its nonsense if someone does it for you/me/us because this process is constantly needed.

Not to update my post but to add a little more topic on it:

One idea how this could be done is via ebanking application. Every card has BIN. Via BIN you can get website of bank. No city/state/country or anything needed. Almost (or absolutelly every one?) any bank's website has its own ebanking web application. It could be possible to check there the code. Transactions are most of times updated on the fly within ebanking web applications. But, since I am mostly talking about CC (not fullz at all) the biggest challenge is obvious: Login details for ebanking web applications to see latest transactions. With CC even this might not be possible, since you probably need bank account details.

If any programmer could offer his service, for a fee of course, let me know. Such software probably doesn't exist yet and I am starting to think bypassing this might NOT even be possible - no matter how much skills are from the past.

Such soft doesn't exist because it can't be exploited in the way you describe.
What you CAN do is use the telephone banking. All banks have it. Phone the robot, Usually SSN or Zip will be enough.
For example, for CREDIT cards, at boa, its enough to know the zip code. If its debit, you will need the SSN

Hmm not sure what you mean with ''telephone banking''. Do you have perhaps ICQ (shall send PM) to discuss if you would be willing to describe the process a bit further?
Obviously that process (i mean the ''telephone banking'' with robot) should be fast since it would be needed for every single cc/full added into the PayPal.

That cannot be done from home, neither from public place via either my or someone else's phone.

Searching for different option. There must be people who successfuly confirmed already added CCs/fullz within PayPal :)

there is no way to bypass the 4digits confirmation code process.......

You can only call the bank and ask them for last transaction of $ 1.95

I use this method for Paypal INDIA.

But now they added PAN and DOB verification system, Carding Paypal INDIA is dead :(

Everytime these 4 digits and random
If you put it wrong 3 times it block card and your account sometimes gets limited.
There is no way around this, unless you can obtain fullz info and call bank

Well, with any good fulls you will have an electronic bank login. American Express fulls lets you log in and view/approve all transactions. With Amex fulls, you can even change the billing information to your shipping address *for use with sites that require same billing/shipping*.

Find a full with a bank login. You can login and view the transaction and the code.

I recommend Gangster, pm me if you cant find him and i will link you.
