It is possible to unlcock ur acc, only if u will get personal passport. But i think it will be hard for u.

Also have 200 wmz WM account blocked. Webmoney is getting very strict now, even more than PayPal with their antifraud and money laundering bullshit. Use liberty reserve everyone!
