Hello y'all, I know it will sound very weird, but i can't understand BINS. Like what are them exactly, why are they bought with the CCs, which is their usage, what can a carder do with them? I know i can search a lot and get it finally but I think I'll save time here. Thank you!

BIN is used to determine issuing bank of the cc and type and brand. Carders use BIN to choose their cards for operation as in BIN is used to know whether a cc is vbv or non vbv. Some carders also believe they can use a specific BIN for a specific site and that some BINS are blacklisted by certain cardable site.
