I'm not sure about Betfair, but most poker sites require you to withdraw the money first to the first payment source up to the maximum deposited, then only to the second and third payment method in proportion of the deposit amount.

If its mainly winnings, and the winnings exceed the deposit amount, then you can deposit the base(capital) to the first card source, then only to the newly added payment sources.

That's absolutely correct with betfair too.
