the track1+2 dumps is updated constantly but not in big amounts and as you can see that the approval ratio for them in extremely great and they are just 10% of the dumps on the store so you call the non refund for them is a policy, maybe change soon but not at the moment ,you still have 90% of the dumps on the store is track2 only which apply to check and automatic replacement .
