AVS Related Question

Hello,

Recently I was using cob, I changed the address followed all usual step like starting with small transaction and waiting appropriate amount of time(3-4 days).

When i tries to order item value of around $800, the site declined order. Was shipping to billing address. Site was using AVS system.

I wanted to know does AVS block transaction if billing & shipping address do not match or can they block even if they match but billing address was recently changed?

Also drop address was being used by other carders also and alive for about 3 weeks, could the transaction be blocked due to record in negative database of the shop or some common fraud database?

there is many reason to declined order ..but if you think its coz of AVS then check your socks .zip is mismatched or not .http://www.fraudlabs.com/demoFraudLabs.aspx this is link where you can cheack all the geo about your socks. AVS dont block the transition but AVS flag that transtaion so it possible declined your order coz of avs ))
