I would like to know based in your experience...wich specific methods would work better if i'm outside the united states? ( specifically in Colombia) and wich ones i shouldn't even try (Just the method i dont pretend you to give me a step by step guide).
I think with the info i have gathered from here and some other spaces i could begin doing some shots, feeling kinda ready or if u could give me some advice for an not too complicated method like for a first try i would aprecciate it a lot given that i haven't fund too much information for the latam people, or not actual for the moment, anyways, i'll be on the search.
For now i'm just looking some doors but i'm not sure wich one should i pick.

2. You acquire it on your own.
3. You choose something else, another country another bank and a new method to work with what you have/can.

Hello friend, Non-VBV stands for "Non Verified by Visa" which means that the card will not request OTP (One Time Password) when making a purchase in ANY store, you can use them in 2D stores or in 3D stores

In the other hand we have VBV that stands for "Verified by Visa" which means that this cards will ask for OTP (One Time Password) in any site with 3D secure, but you can still use them in stores with 2D secure

Conclusion:

Non-VBV - Any store
VBV - Only stores with 2D secure

Hey quick question for anyone with some expertise:

I've managed to get a few orders placed on various websites, one I placed right on their website, filled some cookies and ordered just $70 worth of bike parts. Second order I placed through email with a worker there, she put the order through, again $70 worth of car parts. I got a UPS tracking number for the car parts even. But neither order has shipped, seems like the card declined despite being able to place the orders. I have email recipts, order #, tracking # but nothing has shipped.

I would not recommend you to waste your time on ads power browser, if you do not want to lose time and money.
and in general if you want to at least something to work out for you, stop reading forums.
