Hello friend, Non-VBV stands for "Non Verified by Visa" which means that the card will not request OTP (One Time Password) when making a purchase in ANY store, you can use them in 2D stores or in 3D stores

In the other hand we have VBV that stands for "Verified by Visa" which means that this cards will ask for OTP (One Time Password) in any site with 3D secure, but you can still use them in stores with 2D secure

Conclusion:

Non-VBV - Any store
VBV - Only stores with 2D secure

a half-truth, the reality is that if you do not have an optimal configuration a non vbv card can request OTP from you

как только заплатил - начались проблемы.

у меня тоже ADS Power работает странно!

стоит блок гео, измененные данные компьютера, в т.ч. мак адрес и пр, прокси штата нью йорк, снаружи антика стоит впн нидерландов, однако при открытии Google maps внутри антика ADS Power и вводе в поисковую строку "me" или "my location" - выдает мое точное местоположение с четом страны, города. улицы...

но то я не верю в эту уйню..
