no, you cant get a moneypak through paypal or load a card through paypal, only load paypal with the card.

I don't think they let you do that anymore, at least not in my area, only cash or debit

Moneypacks are supposedly only purchasable with cash. However some grocery stores dont care and they ll let you get it with a debit/credit card. No online way to buy moneypack codes though.

You can purchase a moneypak with a debit card by entering the pin or cash... and the moneypaks can be used to fund paypal or debit cards, as for loading a card with a paypal u can do that as long as the card is linked t the paypal account
