i`ve dealt with member legend for offline verifone pos, after we dealt and agreed on terms i`ve put money in escrow, i was supposed to get tracking in 24hrs, then when recive the pos, check it and release money if everythings alright. in first place i recived the tracking after 5 days, then when the package arrived, my drop was contacted by DHL in first place it seems like normal procedure they ask for invoice some other normal documents and what it is in the package, legend said he will send it as machine for topup mobile phone credit so when they askd him he said that. after that they again cotacted him and told him that the invoice have 2 prices, one in usd and one in RS(indian currency), they wanted new invoice with one price. i`ve askd him for new invoice he was pretty busy so i didnt get any invoice or anything from him. after that they again contacted my drop while i was trying to find some way for new invoice and told him that its not machine for topup mobile phone credit but pos terminal (creditcard reader, yes they told him as this.) and said that him as individual person isnt allowed to have it/ recive it. they askd him for new invoice on entity or firm and some kind of certificate that should be provided by the sender. i`ve tryed to stay in contact with legend all the time and communicate most of the times he wasnt able and when he was available he was not responding. now i dont have any other option then returning it back(they will anyway return it after 20 days), im a bit paranoid about my drop and tired of talking with dhl agents, i`ve tried almost all ways to get the package out but its impossible. the problem is he's willing 900$ out of my escrow cause he cannot accept the package back ... WTF. i told him just to accept the package back and im willing to share shipping fees ill have to pay escrow fees anyway, but he didnt want. lets face facts;
