today,I tried to use paypal+cc carding ebay.I create a new paypal and ebay account, use clean sock5+vm,and correct time zone.but i try 1k,decline.
cc has enough amount, and everything is correct.
new paypal account have restrictions? how much amount will approval?how to removal restrictions?
