I decided to share useful plugins that I myself use in the browser. All of them are free and have good reviews about their work.

The very meaning in such plugins may seem unimportant, and partly you may like it, but rather you are just used to it. By using these add-ons, you get certain security and protection from ads, tracking, etc.
I use all of them at once and they help me quite well.

privacy badger
This application allows you to prevent advertisers or other trackers from secretly tracking your online activity. Where do you go next, what do you like to watch on the Internet. This is roughly how an advertiser tracks you across multiple sites without your permission.

This application simply blocks such opportunities for advertisers or sites. Now no one will be able to automatically download any content to your browser for tracking. This is tantamount to the site or advertiser thinking that you have closed your browser and stopped using it.

On the official website of the application there are a lot of questions for answers that you will have if you need this application. There is also a separate topic on github about the application, which only adds karma to the producers. Everything is free of charge, only donation supports development.

ublock origin
This application is aimed at blocking ads, although in fact it is not considered as such. In some sources, you can see that this is a blocker and it performs these functions, but it works differently. First, I must say that it is completely free and its code is also available on github.

In short, this is a blocker for a lot of things that need to be written about separately. This is a kind of protection from unnecessary information.

Data opens faster without being tracked

cookie autodelite
Cookies are small data that are sent to your computer and store information about you. And when you visit the site again, they will tell him everything. This is very brief, but this application will not allow you to do this, very useful in browsers that do not have automatic history clearing. There is definitely a topic on github.

https everywhere
Everyone has long known that if the site is HTTP, then it is better not to enter or do anything there, there is no encryption. So this plugin will help us make most sites use encryption by default. Now it is still relevant, but in the future the project will most likely be closed, everything will be encrypted, use it if you are looking for information in the dark corners of the web. Github certainly knows about such an application.

decentraleyes
This is a complex plugin in a technical sense, but rather simpler to use. The plugin will protect you from being tracked through CDN networks, if you want to understand more, there is a lot of information about CDNs on the network. In fact, the application complements all the plugin themes we talked about above and helps all of them with additional protection.

In general, if you are not going to install the plugins that are written above, then the last application will not show its effectiveness very well, but if they all work together, then it is a very powerful tool.
