Попробовал поменять около 500 WU на Либерти. Деньги отправил наличными в отделении. Получил от саппорта сообщение, что, мол, деньги отправили назад отправителю. На самом сайте ВЮ, при введении МТСН и данных отправителя, получаю сообщение: "Current status : Available for pick up by receiver" Отправил сервису копию платежки. Дерен пообещал попробовать еще раз завтра. Ждёмс. Как будут результаты, отпишусь.

I tried exchanging about 500 WU to Liberty. The money was sent in cash through a local WU office. I got a message from the support that the money was sent back to the sender. On the WU site, after entering the MTCH number and the sender's data, I get a message: "Current status : Available for pick up by receiver". I sent a copy of the payment receipt to the service.
