If one BIN is flagged coz u used in ur place some thats not mean all base is went to shit bro!
U speak like my base is a shit coz just 1 bin is flagged in ur zone but u forget to tell that 1 week bfore u buyed same bin from same base and u was very happy to come back and buy more.
If i not replaced is coz the bank flagged the bin in UR PLACE, not everywere bro and i showed u that i checked ur dumps NOW (after 1 month) and some was still APPROVED!!

better u read well, i told that i took THIS BIN from mr. SMI coz i not have lot of usa and he asked me this bin...

i have some like 6 bases all Y STUFF in MY HANDS! and who buy from me know that i deliver istantanelly (if wmz of course) !!

btw. 70% of vendors here are SMI resellers (they not have theyr stuff, even 1 dump) and 24h delivery or more coz they not take directly from him but from his supports LOOL

Even Eskalibur used to screw up and deliver in hours and HE was a seller a big one actually, Maksik also used sometimes to deliver in over 12 hrs ... so with this being told there is no guarantee that capac got his own base, and i'm sure he got no such thing.
He is a reseller HENCE why he wont replace all bad ones as requested by his customers and bitching about that.
In all forums I saw him adv his dumps hes got like 80% negative messages and like a few positive which he might have been bribed by him.
Dont trust him , hes just a Romanian reseller. Go buy from other good vendors out there.
