Capac even if he doesent got good aproval rate on base he always exchange bad dumps IF YOU PLACE ORDER IN 24 H(even if he is off line i always leave him a message and so if he get on line after 3 days of fucking bitches and taking coka is his prob,not mine)

He keep on speaking of WORKING ratio but what vendors look is APPROVED RATIO (sell VALID dumps) not WORKING ratio
APPROVALL RATIO is the VALID RATIO of A BASE, WORKING ratio depend from much more conditions (zone, region lock, bin lock etc)
I have to base my rules replaces etc on APPROVALL ratio not on WORKING ratio.

In the end, I paid 800 wmz for 3 dumps, after you did business with me 8 months and gained 15k.
Your base is advertised 95%, works 50-60%, and you dont replace because you have rules!
As can everyone on forum confirm:
- You dont stay online
- You respond after 2 hours in icq
- ABSOLUTELY no support for customers (advices and so on)
- I did jobs for you, you did not even bothered to say "thank you"
