1. We register on any crypto exchange or download any application where you can buy cryptocurrency.
2. We pass the verification of the account
3. We use bins to buy non vbv or non mcsc.
You have provided a bin list, you cannot find matching cards in CC stores, or what problem are you having?

Only certain non-vbv bins that you need to know pass to certain cryptocurrency exchanges and mobile applications.
And you also need to know the amount that successfully passes when paying and is added to the balance.
