as the topic says , what service is the best now , payable for by LR. which ones can be used for online shopping ????i need specifically for online shopping , not just the ones for verifying ebays and paypals .. !

15$ for vcc for paypal only to verify thats expensive lol
 
Not really, but it's instant, that's why i use it. Most of these sellers has vcc's who needs to get 2 deposits, so.
 
i think those vcc´s are good also those comes with 10$ balance if im not wrong!
 
i just bought a paypal vcc , trying to register the billing address , i choose country , hit canada but when i put canada postal code it keeps saying , enter 5 digit number for zip . it acts like if i was trying to register US billing .. just wasted 15bucks.

you should talk with support the guy is very nice and helpful
 
where can i buy vcc with balance like $50- $100 . i intend to have that for .. shopping some thing online .
