When cashing out dumps bro don't go to bank ATMs. Use stand-alone ATMs like at stores gas stations or what not. I like to use the Santander ones inside CVS the ones in Walmart as well. Not all cards will work remember as well people tend to lock their cards. I always check balance checking's and savings if atm give receipt with balance try for 200 no more than that.
