zip targetting vs city targetting on residential proxies

How important is it to match the zip of the cardholder when trying to drive through a high risk site such as a crypto exchange or giftcard site? I'm doing the final prep before i try but i understandably want to get it right the first time. If it's neccesary which proxy sellers provide such a service, i've been looking on this forum and others trying to find a service but most sellers only go down to city level targetting.

You must select a proxy by city, ISP or ZIP to match the cardholder.
If your proxy provider allows you to select by city, then do so (it is not necessary to search by ISP and ZIP).
