Who's your favorite dump seller?

I used to love NJ but he disappeared on me now I've been testing out various vendors and haven't found the perfect one yet.

Either all dumps decline or at least 3/4th do and it's a huge argument with an aggressive vendor just to get a replacement.

Just wondering who's your favorite and why?

WHAT HAPPENED TO COCAINO!!! isn't he doing fed time now?

If you have a way of contacting him you need to tell me please lol.

& I would try shops but I end up having bad luck when a new base gets uploaded.

Also JimService seems good but the routine for new vendors is pay for verification + buy a base + sell your base + once your out start ripping + repeat.
