DUMPS - track1, track2 information from magnetic stripe of the plastic card.
blank card - white pvc magnetic stipe plastic with no holo, sig panel, emboss and template printed on it.

You need track2 + pin to cashout from ATM.

Step by step:
- buy atm skimmer
- fit skimmer and skim track2 with pin
= $$$ cashout

if u r talking about atm skimming,u have to buy a set of skimmer..dont know if there is one can fit to your local atm machine coz u r in a such a small country.

taling about store carding,u need few things to start this business
machine u need msr206,embossing machine,tripper,and foil paper
plastics (where u can embossed the card number on it)
dumps,(track2,the information u need put into your card)
