I would call. Wu flags stuff all the time. I would call and display caller id of the phone number you filled up the account with them. If you dont usually they want to call u back on that number. If you dont know how to spoof to an 800 # lemme know ill help you out.

oh if you have access to the phone number just call from it..I thought you filled out with the account owner's phone number.
