so I just saw that we can send money online through Western Union, and we can pay via cc. so can we just use any cc or some with specific bins and send money from there? THen someone go to WU and pick up the money? Does it work like that?

not as simple as that
you need cc+vbv
and doesn't always work first time.
sometimes getting anti fraud errors.
it is kind of 50 50.
but if you can afford the cards it is worth a gamble.

WU is very tricky thing, U.S for example its almost impossible these days because of phone verification and billing and such info, and when you submit everything right, then you have to worry the Target Country isnt blocked or your drop name is blocked.
recommend you use Australia as a test cause people working on it these days in quiet.

yes its wery easy,simple,half alive cc and 500$ even 1000$ tranfer goes with no problems,if your too bored to card wu they pay you 200$ for not carding them,send you lr in minutes.
