WTF is this?

Taking into account the character of your transactions, we have to make you prove your identity.

There are two variants possible:
1._You can verify your WMID and get a WebMoney personal passport (passport.wmtransfer.com) and continue using WebMoney Transfer
2._You can refuse to verify your WMID and get NO We ....

It was introduced like two months ago. I've been looking for a way to overcome it with no luck. Perhaps someone could share a method.

What will they ask for to proove? Since not my details were used for security reasons to add funds and create account. I cant contact the person for any documents.

They want EVERYTHING. Other then having a guy pay a bum in Moscow to go into the office, am not sure what can be done.

That's means wmtransfer locked ur account, and u should to get personal attestat or cashout ur funds thru bank account with same name and sername as u pusted in ur wmid.
