Heard that in Eu it is difficult carding time.101 not working nd regional security blocks do not let accomplish the payment! most data not working, specially 101.

Eu is a chip country , and if your bin is not working it is probably because of region block , try another bin until you get a good one . For the moment i advise to use 201 ( less region block with them ) . use new bin and forget your old bin
