The overwhelming majority of people who have read and re-read the great creation of the genius poet do not even suspect what practical meaning it hides in itself. We have, as they say, eyes - but we do not see!

Moreover, these "etheric parasites" know how to deftly disguise themselves, so that often a person is not even aware of their invisible presence. Their secret work is twofold. On the one hand, we feel empty, experiencing a constant leakage of energy, and on the other hand, we feel in ourselves a kind of "foreign presence" - the very thing that remained in us from contact with other people and that does not add energy to us either.

The first thing that needs to be done is to prepare a list of the events that were of the greatest importance in our life. It is not easy to do this, but it is possible and necessary. To get started, choose three areas of your activity, which should form a kind of foundation. For example, it can be PEOPLE with whom you somehow came into contact, certain EVENTS that had a certain influence on you, and various kinds of EXPERIENCES that you experienced while contacting people and getting into different situations.

Now, in each area, it will be necessary to highlight from seven to ten main points into which these areas are divided.

c) colleagues;
d) casual acquaintances;

Then, in each of the selected moments, select at least 10-15 key elements.

Let's assume:

When you're done, you should have at least 200-300 items on your list (more is welcome).

Take your time making the list. Let it take you a few days or even weeks. In this case, the more time you spend on preparation, the deeper you can get back in time, the easier the work will be and the more effective the result will be. In fact, making a list for recapitulation is part of the recapitulation itself. ?

The principle of transition from the general (sphere) to the particular (the main points and their constituent elements), allows you to "walk" through your life not once, but several times, and each time with more and more detail. Describing events, you move deeper, from the present to the past (psychologically, the opposite turns out to be much more convenient).

When the list is ready, you can start contemplating the "dance of death". To do this, you need a very small and completely dark (!) Room. In the absence of anything better, even a pantry or wardrobe will do. It is very important that extraneous sounds from the outside world do not penetrate into the place you have chosen. After all, recapitulation can be practiced at night.

Take your list. Now we are only interested in its key elements.
Read the first one (in our example: Alexander Lebedev). You will be working with this element today. Retire in a place of your choice, sit on the floor with your back to the wall. The knees are tucked in and are at the level of the chin. Relax, try to get all extraneous thoughts out of your head.

3️⃣ Exercise # 1.

Your face is facing forward. Exhale slowly, emptying your lungs as much as possible. Without drawing in air, turn your head to the right shoulder, hold for a moment and, inhaling slowly, turn your face to the left shoulder. Try to do everything very smoothly, synchronizing movement with your breathing. When your chin is at the left shoulder, linger for a while, then smoothly move your head to the starting position - facing forward - and only then exhale. Now that your lungs are free, repeat the entire procedure again.
Repeat the entire cycle seven to ten times.

In the future, you will independently learn to feel the moment when the exercise can be paused. By doing it, you try to focus as much as possible on the phrase from your list. In this example, you recall the image of Alexander Lebedev, at the moment when you saw him for the last time (it could be "yesterday" and "about twenty years ago"). Concentrating on this moment, try to move to the event that preceded it. Then to something even more distant, and so on.

Don't worry about anything. Just keep your attention on the object being recapitulated, not allowing it to deviate and jump onto something outside. Ordinary recollection will gradually turn into a full-fledged recapitulation, you can be sure of that!

Your task is to mentally travel back in time. Feel what you felt AT THAT MOMENT, smell, remember what was around. Every little thing matters. When, in the process of recapitulation, you come across any negative event or incident that caused you to waste etheric energy, immediately begin to practice the breathing described in Exercise # 1, feeling at the same time how the etheric channel through which your energy was expended is closed (starting from THAT MOMENT and up to the present time), going nowhere.

‼ ️ Take this as seriously as possible! ‼ ️

Exercise number 2.

It is similar to the first in exactly the opposite way.
With your face facing forward, you draw in a full chest of air. Slowly turn your head to the left, linger for a moment, and smoothly exhaling air, move your chin to your right shoulder. Then all over again. Face forward - inhale - left shoulder - exhale - right shoulder - face forward.

It should be performed in the event that, in the process of recapitulation, you find yourself in a situation where someone or something had a certain impact on you, the negative consequences of which you continue to experience until now.

And if, by practicing breathing No. 1, you close the etheric gap, then breathing No. 2 allows you to get rid of unwanted outside influences, rejecting a foreign etheric clot that once built into your energy body.

Also, exercise # 2 should be done just before leaving the dark room, after completing the recapitulation session.

✅ You need to recapitulate every day (!), The duration of each session is at least half an hour. And so on until your entire list is exhausted. Very soon you will notice how, from session to session, simple recollection turns into what is called the "dance of death."

Events, sensations and images will become intense and vivid. The need for arbitrary concentration of attention will be less and less each time. Things that you forgot about a long time ago, and it seemed like forever, will begin to emerge in your consciousness. Going deeper along the time line, you can reach early childhood and even infancy!

Well, after one or two months (of course, if classes are held daily), you will begin to feel the results of recapitulation in your daily life. To some extent, what will happen to you can be called a "second birth", because, contemplating the "dance of death", being in the dark, using breathing exercises and conscious control, you literally form your personality anew!

In addition to all of the above, the practice of astral recapitulation allows you to develop some qualities of an extrasensory nature. ?

Thanks to the practice of astral recapitulation, you, first of all, free yourself from negative programs and build up your energy potential. Every day, every moment of your life, you must remember this!

4️⃣ It doesn't matter how much personal energy you were born with, what matters is where your energy is being spent in the present. Anyone who was born with a small amount of energy, but makes every effort to learn how to spend it rationally, will definitely increase it. Everything that happens to us depends on our vitality, and only we determine whether we become stronger or weaken more and more every day ... ⚛️

Anyone who has managed to get rid of negative programs and now wants to learn how to consciously redistribute and accumulate energy, first of all, it is necessary to find out where and how this energy is spent. This is pretty easy to do. Since a person is a triune mental-astral-physical body, then the expenditure of his energy is carried out through three corresponding channels. This means that in order to get an idea of the movement of our energy, it will be enough to track what we think, what we feel and what we are doing, and then subject the obtained data to a comprehensive analysis.

To do this, you will need a watch with a sound timer, as well as a voice recorder or an ordinary notebook. Set the timer so that the beep sounds every thirty to forty minutes, and as soon as it works, stop immediately, postponing all the things you were busy with and immediately write down (in a notebook or on a dictaphone) what you were doing at that moment , what they thought, and what feelings they experienced.

Don't try to analyze, just capture!
You will take stock in the evening before going to bed. If there is no clock with a timer, any external event can be selected as a conditional signal. The main thing is that it should happen spontaneously and be repeated at least once or twice an hour. For example, you can record whenever music starts playing on the radio or when someone speaks in your presence.

In a month or two, you should have accumulated enough material to start the analysis. First, you need to isolate and summarize the repeating elements. In the future, from these elements it will be possible without much difficulty to determine your habits, addictions, characteristic emotional states, thoughts, etc. That is, everything that your energy is spent on day after day.

Now the data obtained should be divided into two parts.
The first is what is inherent in you by nature: the need for food, sleep, etc.
The second is what is acquired during life (irritation, sarcasm, good nature, desire to smoke, thoughts about God ...).
Let's leave the first part alone and take a closer look at the second ...

All the variety of elements present in it can be divided into two groups:

a) what you need to achieve these or those set goals, which is aimed at your development;
b) what is meaningless, useless, or even harmful in terms of achieving the goal.

By highlighting the components of group "b" in a separate column, you will receive a list of those actions, emotions and thoughts that waste your energy. For the vast majority of people, this list is so huge that there is nothing surprising in the way they move through life - passively, limply, like wood chips caught in a seething mountain stream. Anything they would like to achieve remains beyond their reach. They have neither the strength to implement their plans, nor the time to realize the entire horror of the situation in which they find themselves.
